In the tiny tourist town of Bolton Landing on Lake George in the Adirondack Mountains, the population of less than 400 is about to explode with thousands of summer visitors. And summer season means do or die. Three members of one family, each with their own restaurant, must do all their business between the 4th of July and Labor Day to make all their money for the rest of the year. Their restaurants will live or die in these ten intense weeks…because it takes only one bad season to finish you for good.
